Description of SD1 leadership

SD1 is a special district, governed by the judges executive of Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties. These three individuals appoint the eight-member citizen board of directors, which oversees the executive leadership team.
 
The executive leadership team is comprised of the executive director, general counsel and a deputy executive director. Each of these leaders oversee key parts of  SD1's day-to-day operations.
